Capacity:

This party package can cater up to 89 skaters. If you have more than 89 skaters, please contact us at 808 688 7962.

Changes:

You can make changes to your booking at any time including during the party. Limitations: Increasing number of packages requires management to check availability and large increases in food may require a wait time. To make bigger changes like this, please text Allen at 808 688 7962.

Cancellations:

You can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time even on the day of the party, however the deposit can only be returned via store credit.

Outside Food:

You can bring in a cake, veggie tray, and fruit tray. Separately, we are trialing a new outside food privilege for catering or other goods with a 20% fee based on the total catering cost or inferred retail value. This is by SPECIAL REQUEST ONLY and will require a receipt and approval by management at 808 688 7962. Outside food that does not adhere to this policy will be required to be kept in our storage room or outside during the party.

Outside Drinks:

We do not allow outside bottles, cans, or jugs of drinks. Individual water flasks are allowed.

Alcohol:

No alcohol on premises.

Payments:

First payment is due upon booking via card number on this site. Second payment is due at the end of the party.

Email:

Your email will only be used to send you a confirmation, validate with our payment processor, and for us to send you ONE fun lovable email for next year. We hate spam too, so we won't spam you 😉
